What would this even be worth? Are there any precedents? I saw online a signed first edition for 25k-50k
They said could buy an apartment in NYC but was just curious about actual value… Silly I know… Any thoughts?

Things that unique are just best guesses. You’ll only find the real answer when you put it up for auction.
And plenty of times it turns out the estimates were way off when such an auction fetches a price that is far more or far less than expected.
