Hiya!
I would like some suggestions for fantasy books where the protagonist is transported to another world. Basically escapist stuff. I really enjoyed Neverwhere and Stardust by Neil Gaiman. Ive also nearly finished Fairy Tale by Stephen King.
Any recommendations?
Thanks all 🐸

If you’re open to middle grade fantasy, [Nevermoor](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/6a6d5ca1-b2f5-47be-828c-018144d3bbc7) by Jessica Townsend! It’s my favorite series (even at 28 years old), and a great escapist time.
Brandon Sanderson’s Frugal Wizard’s Handbook to Surviving Medieval England for frothy fun. Ultimate escapism!
Last Exit by Max Gladstone has great characterization and a very tense plot, the characters had found a way into a parallel world years earlier, let something terrible loose, and now they need to get together again and cross back over and stop it. Excellent!
Stephen R Donaldson , The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant. The reviews range from one the most important sci-fi novels ever written to why was this written?
Genesis echo by d. Hollis anderson
The Magicians trilogy
