Books about women overcoming the work industry?

I have a book study at my work and we recently finished the likeability trap by Alicia menedez. My summary isn’t the best for this post, but hopefully it gets the idea across. We’re a group that reads about women in the work industry who overcome obstacles and such. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
