I am a mental health therapist and one of my favorite books to recommend to clients is The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson. The book draws heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches, which basically look at how we can sit with uncomfortable emotions (like anxiety) in order to work towards meaningful action or things in line with out values or goals.

Consider Hold me Tight which is a book on relationships (friendship, family, romantic can all apply) and the dances we do with others. It might help identify some of your patterns/attachment issues and give you some tools to navigate connection with others better
