Hi all! I’m looking for a book for my dad, who recently got a more leadership-heavy role at his work. He doesn’t know much about business, negotiations, leadership, etc but he’s trying his best to learn all he can.
He NEVER reads, excepts for his textbooks (he works in a STEM field) but he’s recently shown interest in getting one of those self-help type of leadership books. Something less about finance and more about communication, negotiation, etc.
He’s fluent in English but it’s not his first language so something without incredibly complex phrasing would be best.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
