I'm really interested in trying to find novels that revolve around basically sentient dolls or doll-like creations.
I guess they would have an intrinsically existentialist theme just based from that hence my interest
Any picks would be appreciated

Probably not what youre looking for, but the Threadbare series by Andrew Seiple. Its about a teddy bear that gains sentience and tries to get stronger to protect those he cares about.
The Indian in the Cupboard series? Or is that not the tone you’re looking for.
Were you thinking more wholesome or creepy?
They Threw Us Away by Daniel Kraus, about a bunch of teddy bears “woke” up in a garbage heap.
There’s one called Hitty, Her First Hundred Years but I haven’t read this one so not sure how much of the story is actual told from the doll’s pov.
“Clockwork Dynasty” by Daniel H. Wilson
Hex by Thomas Olde Heuvelt.
