I think the title is pretty self-explanatory. Someone close to me has problems regulating their emotions (mainly anger) and refuse to seek help for their traumas. Giving them a non fiction self help book would probably enrage them. So I am looking for a book where in the story the characters learn to deal with their emotions, that healing is important and that's it's okay to be vulnerable and ask for help. And it would be perfect if it exists/has been translated in french.
I know it's asking for a lot but many thanks in advance for any suggestion.
