Hi everyone!
I love to read. I read mainly fantasy and sci-fi, and my BF has often expressed that he’d like to read as well, but nothing really manages to keep his attention (possible – most likely – undiagnosed ADD).
He works in IT and he’s nearing his 40’s so anything YA is clearly not the thing.
He loves movies about the apocalypse and aftermath, he adores the Matrix movies. He loves gory movies and badass fight scenes, but, who doesn’t? He says himself that he’s a simple boy but he’s by no means unintelligent, but the more complicated the more unlikely it is that he will finish the book.
The last book he was reading but never finished was “The Handmaids Tale” – he loves the series.
It’s just an attempt, but I’d love to hear people’s suggestions and hope to find a book or two to get him as a surprise before our vacation.
