Book like „Pillars of the earth“ but in the Wild West

Hi,
Right now i am watching Yellowstone + prequels and i wonder if there are any books that tell the story of people who find a place to stay and build a legacy for themselves, ideally over several generations. The whole thing should take place in the Wild West in the 19th century. In the same style as "The Pillars of the Earth," just a different setting.
