Social media and phones are absolutely draining my attention span. I used to be able to read a book a week, now it’s progressively taking longer, usually a 1-2 month timeframe. I’m not completely off the wagon but I can see myself gradually getting worse.
Any advice? I assume just limiting screen time
I was also thinking I could switch to a different style of book to adhere to my slowing attention span, sort of like short interval books, one where chapters are their own stories and concise in information. I found this kind of book on the “booktok” section and I’m excited to try it out. Supposed to be about [50 individual business stories](https://www.shortformbooks.com) so I feel the quick and condensed information will be easier to read and stay on track for than a traditional 1 story 300 word title.

Maybe find a reading spot where there are no distractions,it worked very well for me.
