I love and adore the Ted Lasso character: a father, a mentor, a great friend, a life-liver, a dad-joker, and an all-around optimist who won't tolerate selfishness and will be quick to forgive hurt people. And maybe has a dash of personal history and hurt.
But outside of the sports world, please. Maybe something more character-focused.
