Hi! I’ve been lurking on this subreddit for a while trying to find book recommendations that are up my alley, and I finally decided to just create my own post. I’m searching for a novel or series that’s a page-turning adventure. I love books that take the reader on a journey across different times and places. Some of my all time favorites are Howl’s Moving Castle, The Children of Time, and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. I have a soft spot for historical fiction and sci-fi, although I’m not huge on fantasy (aside from the Discworld series.) If anyone has any recommendations that fit the bill please let me know!
