I’ve read a lot of books with queer side characters and I’ve been suggested a lot of queer romance/YA novels. Only problem is – I am not a huge fan of books with the primary storyline of romance.
I would love love love a suggestion where a main character is queer with a plot line that doesn’t revolve around a love story. Romance is definitely a great subplot, but I’m not sure I’d want a book only about romance (unless anyone has any queer MUST READS that are romances)
My favorite genres are fantasy, contemporary fiction, dystopian, and historical fiction.
Please no over the top tragedies 😭
