I came here long ago asking for books like Dark Matter, Recursion, and Project Hail Mary. I got some amazing suggestions. People suggested House of Suns by Alastair Reynolds and Children of Time by Tchaikovsky which I loved. I also loved the Red Rising trilogy, Scythe Trilogy by Shusterman, Pushing Ice, Eversion, and Chasm City by Reynolds. Now I’m completely out of books to read next. I’m looking for something fast paced or just something with a decent amount of action. I’m in a Sci Fi/Thriller mood.
I unfortunately didn’t enjoy Revelation Space enough to finish it and I also didn’t like the sequels to Children of Time.
