Please suggest a book (fiction preferred) about working in restaurants

Preferably something where someone starts washing pots and works their way up. I want it to be set in Michelin star quality restaurants with angry, stressed out chefs. (I have Sweetbitter to read, I liked Kitchen Confidential, so anything else, please!)
