Looking for immersive high fantasy series, can be dark, has romance, but well written. Basically a much better Throne of Glass series

I enjoyed the premise of acotar but couldn't stand the bad writing and the cringey 2 dimensional characters.

I wanted a series a bit like Throne of Glass though because it was a lot better than acotar. But im not a fan of the authors writing sometimes.

Any suggestions?
