There was a similar post recently, but the user wrote about the characters outside the context. But there are some characters who are misunderstood in context.
For example, Humbert Humbert from "Lolita". You can't imagine how many people still believe him, even though the book is about an unreliable narrator. Even some people have to make videos about it.
