Suggest me a book that’s like the seven dead sins

I just started reading recently and read a book about the sins and why they are sins and what to do to avoid them. Is there any book that's kind of similar in a sense of learning. It doesn't have to be religious. Anything works most preferably if it gives knowledge about something that you think is important to know but people don't know. I'm 16 if that is any help
