I really love the idea of urban fantasy and paranormal romance, but most of what I've run into is more on the romance than plot, and once sex happens, that's the majority of the book.
So I'm looking for fantasy elements in present times essentially, where the romance is more a secondary plot?
Low spice level if possible. I really like werewolves, witches, fae. Not so much vampires.
Any possible suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Oh sure
How about Emily Wilde Encyclopedia of faeries, two books out. It’s got romance but very little of the book
The Ilona Andrews series is similar, very interesting take on vampires and magic. Just really cool. But she’s got a bit more emphasis on sex but not too much.
