    When I was growing up, my family only expressed the tackiest, low-brow, embarrassing form of anger. No finesse or witty banter. I feel this really messed up my relationship with anger and sort of wrote anger off as a valid emotion because of it's embarrassment.

    What are some good (preferably nonfiction) books that have helped you reshape what you thought anger was?
