Hi, Ive never really read books except for half of the FableHaven series. I want to start though but I don't know what out there.
I like the idea of dark fantasy, true crime. Something that doesn't shy away from dark or intense topics/scenes.
Smut is fine as long as it's tasteful and not overbearing.
I tried Haunting Adeline and found that 3 chapters in, it was just way to much and kind of uncomfortable.
Any and all recommendations will be greatly appreciated as I start to get more into this form of media/art
