Today, while I was scrolling through tiktok, I accidentally bumped in a slide show video that recommended a wattpad book. The slide show has barely 3 likes and kinda pretty dull. So like a normal human being, I got curious to what the book was about. And it took me while to find it since I don’t really know how to navigate through wattpad.
When I finally found it, surprisingly (not really) it has only 3 views of the book itself. And nothing could have had prepared me for it’s context. For starters, it has a trigger warning. I wasn’t so surprised about it knowing that books nowadays have some weird shit going on all the time. Then what peaked my interest is that the writer was a supposed college student that made it for fun.
I read through the context of the whole book. It didn’t took me while to finish reading it. But damn was it a hard pill to swallow.
It was hard to read because I can actually feel the hatred of the writer with every word she used. It was a modern stuff and I found myself somehow relating to the protagonist of the story. But then, it was actually just straight up a sad story about a girl.
