It is 12:53 am and I just finished Powerless by Lauren Roberts. I am heart-broken. It was such a good book. I have a thing against book series bc much like movies, the second, third, etc are never good enough to match the first and I end up disappointed. I am one of those ‘I want a positive ending with the MC and LI falling in love with the big kiss moment’ kind of reader. I dont want Reckless to hurt me even more. Can someone give me any hope without spoiling anything?
