I was recently watching a video about Dark Souls where the guy mentioned that usually heroes are people destined to achieve something but that in the Dark Souls games, the hero is just a nobody that nobody expects anything from, except to keep on dying and the hero itself almost has no reason to go forward, yet he choses to go on.
I am looking for a hero like that, no gifts, special powers, bloodline or help, yet he chooses to go forward
