People recommend me books but I find much of the writing to be too descriptive. Spending a whole page telling me about a characters outfit or mindset without getting to the plot or dialogue leads to me tuning out and losing interest.
What I loved about these two books was simple direct sentences and writing paired with deep relationship themes.
Would love a list of books to try.
