Suggest me the favorite or least favorite book turned tv adaption that you just couldn’t stop reading when you discovered it or won’t pick back up again

I have so many movies and shows I like, but most of the new stuff out has been a book or a series before.

Lately, I’ve been wondering about the tv adaption of those said books/series.

What are some books that you loved that came out as movie or tv series adaptions that you just couldn’t put down or ones you will not pick back up again?
