I mean, how many people read via kindle (instead of buying an actual book in print) or buy an ebook? Akin to how there are pros and cons of streaming sites (for movies & tv), steam (for games) including spotify (for music), do you prefer to read books in print (physical copy) or buy an ebook? What are the pros and cons of reading from a physical copy vs. Kindle?

Are publishers heading into this phase as in no longer printing books on paper or making physical copies, instead releasing them on EPUB format or an PDF in which you own an ebook? Would that mean bookstores will go out of business if they decided to publish all new books digitally than print and bind a real pieces of paper creating a book in which you get to touch the pages?

Can you leave a Kindle unattended for the next 50-100 years uncharged and would it still work by then, that is if the app it's feeding from still has their servers running by that time? If you took care of a physical copy of a book for a long time keeping it in pristine condition, would it still last for the next century? Depending on the book in question, can it also be worth a lot of money?
