I just finished reading “A certain hunger” by Chelsea G. Summers and really enjoyed it. I especially liked that her author bio said she “likes writing unlikeable female characters, perhaps because she is one.” I’ve been enjoying watching female villains in movies too – really any female characters that don’t follow the typical societal expectations of good womanly behavior.
Recommend me some books where a woman is unleashing her inner beast? Not fantasy or any too improbable scifi, I’d like my villainous ladies to be as rooted in the real world as possible.
