I'm trying to purchase the Skolian Empire series in ebook format, but can only get 5 of the 13 on Kindle. I tried Barnes and Noble, but they cancelled my order, presumably because I'm in Australia. Does anyone know how I can get the rest? I know I could order the paperbacks, but I prefer the ebook version.
