I'm looking for books to read while eating. I prefer nonfiction, but fiction with substance is also welcome. This means:
A book where my attention isn't fully on the book (since this is only a supplement to my education, not an actual study session).
A book with short sections or chapters so I could leave it and pick it up after meals.
A book that is either interesting or will teach me something.
A book that doesn't require _too much_ brain power. I'm not gonna efficiently learn the philosophy of Immanuel Kant by multitasking and eating my PB&J, for example.
Literally any topic or genre is welcome. I'm down to learn about toilets if the book fits the quota.

I loved Stalling For Time, by Gary Noesner. It’s a memoir of an FBI hostage negotiator, but it honestly taught me a lot about how to interact with upset people (super helpful when I had toddlers). It can be set down and picked up.
