Hi, I picked this up as a recommendation I read for something akin to Alchemy of Souls (a fav. K-drama), which is similar to The Princess Bride in some ways: battles, romance, interesting plot, magic. But more serious although there is subtle humor as well.
Anyway The Daughter of the Moon Goddess started out pretty fun and I was excited but then took a turn to a well worn place… a misunderstood underdog princess disguised and training with a handsome prince… is this going to swing back to interesting world building with complex characters like the start or am I in the wrong lane? Thanks!
