I’ve been reading longer books lately and didn’t realize I was pretty behind on my reading goal of 50 books for this year 😅
I’m into fantasy but if you have any non-fantasy suggestions I’m open to other genres 🙂

If you want a lot of short fantasy books, Terry Pratchett’s Discworld comes to mind right away. It’s 41 books, mostly between two hundred and three hundred pages. Almost all are standalone stories and the series starts as sword and sorcery pastiche then moves into philosophy and social commentary. I started with Pyramids, although Mort, Wyrd Sisters and Guards! Guards! also work as good introductions.
