As title suggests, I'm interested in either historical or literary fiction novels set during the Yugoslav Wars. Could be focused on the conflicts (war novel) or used as a backdrop for a story about life in the Balkans during that time.
I feel pretty ignorant about that conflict and would like to read some novels that shed light on what it was like.
