I would love to get back to reading but I'm struggling to find anything that's to my liking. So please help me ❤
I'm looking for a fantasy book. I prefer more adult books but will take YA as well if it's good. I do not mind violence, but I really dislike se*ual violence. I dislike books that are overly graphic with both just to "appear more adult".
I would like it to be a series. Minimum romance or none. Would prefer if all women weren't one-sided characters. Prefer male main heroes. LGBTQ+ topics welcomed.
Books I liked: Blood song (Anthony Ryan), The Name of the Wind (Patrick Rothfuss), The Lies of Locke Lamora (Scott Lynch), Warcraft novels, Dragonrealm series (Richard A. Knaak), first 3 books of Forgotten Realms (R.A. Salvatore), Goblin quest (Jim C. Hines).
I've read things like LotR, Hobbit and a few Narnia, GoT and Discworld books too from the popular ones.
