So summer is ending for me as I mentally and physically prepare myself for my return to work, and I was wondering the following:
1) How many books have you read?
2) Which book was your favorite?
3) Why is that book your favorite?
So for me:
1) I’ve read four books (currently half way through my fifth book)
2) My favorite is the book I’m almost half way through on “The Measure” by Nikki Erlick
3) It is my favorite because it talks about the value of life and, with life being very short, how one should live their life to the fullest.

My favorite would have been *The Infernal Machine: A True Story of Dynamite, Terror, and the Rise of the Modern Detective*
Mainly found it really interesting, exploring a political time I wasn’t really familiar with and the rise of conventional policing
