Hey, I'm looking for a book to help me detoxify from my addiciton to screens. What I'm looking for is not a set of tools to quit using your phone or something practical, but a story so endaring with a vision of life that is so nice that it will make me reflect on how useless the phone is in a daily basis. Something similar to the mangas Vinland Saga or Vagabond, but in a book. Preferably stories/novel but I can also accept essays and biographies.

Can I suggest memoirs about people overcoming harsh conditions?
If yes,
1. Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl
2. Educated by Tara Westover
Not exactly about overcoming the condition but this helped me be grateful for the present:
When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi
In fiction,
The Death of Ivan Ilyich by Leo Tolstoy [short story to essentially confront you with the reality of death and the life you lived]
