I am looking for a fantasy or science fiction book about someone who starts a new life, and everything gets better for them. Books I loved are Dealing with Dragons by Patricia Wrede, The Founding of Valdemar trilogy by Mercedes Lackey and the manga series The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent.
