Messy Family Drama

I'm looking for a book that reads almost like reality TV. I want messy messy drama that will make my jaw drop. I'm talking hidden families, secret arrests, and anything else that people want to keep under wraps. I love the trope of everyone coming together and things just absolutely falling apart. It doesn't have to be specifically about families, I just want that kind of gossipy drama that's not too heavy.

In terms of similar things that I love, there's a few that come to mind:
– Knives out – Mystery with a continually unfolding story as things are revealed
– The Fosters – Each family member with their own secrets that end up affecting each other
– Desperate Housewives – Basically just the whole show
– And of course, the feeling everyone gets when they're finally old enough for their mom to gossip with them about their cousins and to learn why certain family members don't come around
