I am looking for recommendations for fiction or non fiction books that follow the lives of interesting or offbeat characters who spend a lot of time at a pub/bar. Thanks in advance for your time.
*Ablutions* by Patrick DeWitt gives you an alcoholic bartender and his regular patrons. Absolutely wonderful novel full of pitch-black humour and a few horrible, horrible characters.
