TLDR; I’m looking for a book which explore how ancient humans adopted to living in cold weather when they first moved towards North of the world to how the technologies and lifestyles changed over the time till date.
Knowing that people moving to Canada from Indian subcontinent have to make a huge life style changes to adopt to cold weather, I got curious to know, how humans adopted to survive in the colder places. Obviously we are not naturally suitable to live in the cold. In the modern days we have lot of technologies which support normal living. This makes me wonder how did humans decided to live in cold before these technologies came in.
