Books similar to the YA novels by Joan Lowery Nixon?

I loved those books when I was younger and have been dying to find another series in the similar vein. My favorites were (in no particular order)

• The Haunting

• The Weekend was Murder

• The Name of the Game was Murder

• The Dark and Deadly Pool

• A Deadly Game of Magic

There was just some magical combination of her writing style, the young female lead and a murder mystery/mystery. I would love to find more books like it!
