Looking for a book that has that quality of like anything Raymond Carver, or Rock Springs by Richard Ford. Something sorta like Angels by Denis Johnson. I’m not sure what to call that particular Genre, but it’s like kinda working class stories of quiet desperation/male specific alienation on the fringes of society is the only way I can think to describe it.
So yeah, books like that?
