I love a good love story, but genuinely don’t enjoy reading sex scenes that go into detail. I like the “closed door” method, where the author lets you know that the characters were intimate without giving details of every kiss and thrust. I have read some Paige Toon and I think she does a decent job writing sex scenes without a ton of graphic detail, but her plots are all very similar and so I’m bored of her books. So if anyone can recommend some good love stories w/o all the steamy bedroom scenes, I’d be very grateful! I also don’t mind when there isn’t a happy ending, so “sad” love story recs are welcome too ◡̈
