I never find anyone I can connect with on a deep level, or on a high cognitive level. When I do, it’s like a random encounter, our paths crossing for a few days tops. And it’s not only on a romantic perspective. I long for any kind of interaction that doesn’t make me feel lonely.
Ideally non-fiction but I accept fiction if there are more reflective passages than narrative ones.
