I'm new to reading. Never read as a child for fun. Only remember a handful of books for school that I actually read and or finished on my own.
I started in 2020 by reading Agatha Christie "And Then There Were None". I found it so interesting that I went on and read several more of her books (maybe 8?). I soon found myself bored, however, and stopped.
Whenever I start up again, I read cozy mysteries. But not the popular ones. The ones you find on Kindle for under $3. Again, I get into it then bored.
I was wondering if I read books that take me out of my comfort zone, if I will find the love for reading. ( or whether it isn't for me)
Recommend me something to spark that fire.
TLDR: never read as a kid. Now I have no idea what genre I like. Frequently get bored fast in books
