I read the first book and half of the second book then stopped. Idk why I hated it so much. So many people reccomended it to me because I love dystopian, romance, and fantasy. But the first book was not worth it. I honestly did not care for the characters. Especially mare. I just found her insufferable. Then there were parts that would bore me out of my mind. Especially in the second book. I had to stop because it just kept getting worse and worse.
But I liked the idea. It definitely caught my attention when I read the back but the writing style sucked and it was executed poorly in my opinion. What I want to ask is for something like red queen but better 🙂
