Here where I live(Georgia, not the state) I'd probably give them 6/10 and I'm only talking about the two major publishers here. They really like to republish the same books over and over again, trying to turn them into a series(for example "10 books you must read before you die") so people can essentially buy the same books over and over again just so it can look nice on the shelf. Not translating new books even when readers keep asking for them, instead translating the books which currently sell way more(Agartha Christie's detective novels and Colleen Hoover are BIG where I live, so expect them to often get translated) or starting a new series and basically abandoning it after the first book which happens very often and readers complain about it often also. Final complain is just the lack of interesting books, especially for someone who really wants to get into nonfiction and whenever I find a book on the internet which gets me interested only to find out that it hasn't been translated and I can't afford to order it online(there are English books stores but they don't have that much of variety and the prices they put on those books makes you want to gouge your eyes out).
