Thanks to this sub for so many good recs!
I'm looking for books whose story does not feel like a YA novel but it is written for adults, because of the prose and the themes. For background info, I feel like "Better call Saul" is the TV show that comes to mind when I think of a compelling TV show intended for adults: it deals with deception, overcoming limits, etc.
Preferably without romance, please.
