I recently had severe burnout from college (I'm a STEM major with an extremely intense workload) and dealing with complicated relationship with parents, plus living away from home, etc. I need books that can help recover from the burnout, regain a positive mindset for my next college year and also get in touch again with my more artistic side, specifically piano and singing hat have taken a toll because of college and stress. Also in a bit of a reading slump, it gets more difficult to focus on a book. Typical being fatigued all the time, scrolling through tik tok or instagram all day frying my brain, barely can focus enough to watch shows.
I got to the point of an anxiety attack and falling physically ill because of the stress. Now it's better but I feel like I'm not fully recovered and need an extra bit of help to return to my "normal self"

this is going to sound out of left field but try some cozy sci-fi. A Pslam for the Wild-Built and it’s sequel by Becky Chambers is about this tea monk who decides that they do actually need a break and they go into the woods to relax. In the woods they meet a robot who wants to learn what humans need. It gets philosophical in a way that reminds you how to be a person again and not a working machine in society(tm). Bonus it’s 150ish pages so not that big of a commitment for a reading slump
