Has anyone read this book? I rented it a couple weeks ago from the library and have found it incredibly hard to finish. I find it repeats alot of the same points, just with different words, over and over. I am not very far in but so far I feel as though I've learnt nothing except that the author is a researcher and she has a 5 step cycle which can change your life apparently. I have yet to learn what that is as she seems to dance around telling the reader what these steps are.
Has anyone read this book? What did you think of it? And are there any suggestions for actually good self help books which focus on improving thinking patterns and habits?
